Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 11, 2026
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets rules for using PicHome. It applies to all accounts, uploads, prompts, edits, and generated outputs. Violations may result in blocked generations, account suspension, or termination.
2. Intended use
PicHome is designed for legitimate interior-design and floor-plan workflows: layout ideation, regional edits, style references, and room-tour presentation videos for homes and commercial interiors.
3. Prohibited content
You may not upload, request, generate, or share:
- NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content of any kind, including AI-generated adult content
- Content involving sexualization of minors, or any exploitation of children
- Face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation tools or outputs intended to deceive
- Violent, hateful, harassing, or extremist content, or content that promotes self-harm
- Illegal content, including content that facilitates fraud, theft, or other crimes
- Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others
- Malware, phishing material, or attempts to bypass safety or moderation controls
- Marketing or product positioning that promotes "uncensored", "no filter", "NSFW", or "unfiltered generation"
4. Prohibited conduct
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse free credits or promotions
- Automated scraping, bulk abuse, or denial-of-service activity
- Reselling PicHome access or generated outputs in ways that violate these rules or third-party model terms
- Misrepresenting PicHome as an official product of Google, OpenAI, ByteDance, Volcengine, or any other model provider
5. Enforcement
User-supplied text prompts are screened before generation. We may refuse prompts, withhold outputs, refund or reverse credits where appropriate, and report illegal activity to authorities. Creem and other providers may also enforce their own policies.
6. Reporting
Report abuse or policy concerns to supports@pichome.ai or via the contact form (category: billing or other support as applicable).
