Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PicHome ("Service"), an AI floor-plan design studio operated at pichome.ai. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
PicHome provides AI-assisted tools for layout design, regional editing, style rendering, and room-tour video generation. PicHome is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, OpenAI, ByteDance, Volcengine, or any other third-party model provider whose models may be used as integrations behind the Service.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Credits and payments
The Service uses prepaid digital credits. Image generation and video generation consume credits as shown on the pricing page. Credits are one-time digital purchases processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. Unless required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable once delivered to your account, except where a generation fails and we automatically refund the related charge, or where Creem or applicable consumer law requires a refund.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of floor plans, images, and text you upload ("User Content"). You grant PicHome a limited license to host, process, and display User Content solely to operate the Service and generate outputs for you. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and use that content.
6. Generated outputs
AI outputs may be imperfect, incomplete, or unsuitable for construction or regulatory use. PicHome does not provide architectural, engineering, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs before any professional or real-world use.
7. Prohibited content and use
You must not use the Service to generate, request, or distribute NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content; deepfakes or face-manipulation tools; illegal content; or any other material prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy. We may screen prompts and block or remove violating content.
8. Intellectual property
The PicHome name, branding, interface, and software are owned by PicHome or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Service except as allowed by law.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PicHome is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
