This Privacy Policy explains how PicHome ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use pichome.ai and related services.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: email address and authentication details managed through Supabase Auth.
• Billing data: purchase records, credit balances, and order metadata. Card payments are processed by Creem; we do not store full card numbers.
• User content: floor-plan images, reference images, edit instructions, and generated outputs needed to run the studio workflow.
• Usage and support data: generation events, contact-form messages, approximate location from hosting headers (country/region/city), and basic analytics events.
• Security signals: optional Cloudflare Turnstile tokens used to reduce bot abuse at signup/login.

3. How we use information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Authenticate users and manage credit balances
• Process payments and fulfill credit purchases
• Screen user prompts for prohibited content
• Respond to support requests and investigate abuse
• Monitor reliability, security, and product analytics

4. How we share information

We share data with service providers only as needed:

• Supabase — authentication and database
• Vercel / Vercel Blob — hosting and file storage
• Creem — payment processing and prompt moderation
• AI infrastructure providers (for example API routing and model inference partners) — to generate images and videos from your inputs
• Cloudflare — bot protection when Turnstile is enabled

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service and users.

5. Data retention

We retain account, billing, and generation records for as long as needed to operate the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting supports@pichome.ai.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards such as encrypted transport, access-controlled databases, and server-only secrets. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. International processing

PicHome is offered globally. Your information may be processed in countries where our providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that processing may occur outside your country of residence.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Your choices

You can update account details, contact us about access or deletion requests, and stop using the Service at any time. For payment-related questions, see also Creem's customer portal and receipts.
